I believe they've decided to wait until near the time they have product to enter any off-take arrangement. Hopefully the Cu price will have recovered some by then. They don't need money to complete what they're doing to get to that point, and I'm in the camp that thinks at that time with the plant and high quality product and PB scoping study done and feasibility study coming close that the SP will take care of itself. In the meantime the SP will do what it does.
