It won’t work. The fibrous timber will make the mixture far too stiff to flow. I used to make glass reinforced cement, the only way we could get a meaningful proportion of fibre into the sand cement mix was to spray the fibre and the mortar at the same time. Try spraying 10mm gravel into a 15m support pillar ....
To say nothing of the deleterious effect of wood in the concrete; tensile weakness, lack of stiffness, swelling when water penetrates it.
