    This is because they have it easy. For many years, tradies have been earning a fortune. We were always told,before we migrated here 25 years ago, that Aussies work to live. Not live to work.
    In an ideal world, this would be utopia. But the really low paid people, working in take aways, retail, supermarkets etc are paid rubbish money.
    If I had younger kids now, I certainly would not encourage them to go to university.
    Either learn a trade or rough it up the mines for a few years.

    I know a couple of young solicitors, who are earning a pittance and have met a few trainee Doctors, who are really struggling, as they need to work very long hours to fund their study.

    Tradies are the winners, unless of course they work for a charlatan, who goes bust owing them a fortune,
