SGH have two main goals..
Cut the expense... That is very simple in UK case... If the number of cases/conversions drop 50% you drop the team 51%. More demand to remain ones but the end result is positive.

Not just that... when you drop so much in market expectations at least people receive well any "new" and if will be cuts, adjustment, re-programee etc..market have the tendency to react well..

If the debt due next week that you would be right... but that is not the case.. we have no due debts to pay,just in 2017 in worst scenario,maybe the company during the year present such reversal that banks say..ok..lets make some instalment...

Capital raising people here talk so much, can happen, but just AFTER some 1,2 quarter the company show positive cash flow...

My view mate...I can be 100% wrong

Things are going to get worse here, and I don't see AG pulling a unicorn out of his cloaca.
