All 3 of these were a little bit unexpected - based on AVB history, and then there is the known......

While I was a full optimist before the AGM, I lost confidence (seeing 8.3c turn into 6.5c) in AVB
HOWEVER, that confidence is starting to come back - it will be fully back though if/when I see 10c on the board (perhaps never)??? hehe
