All 3 of these were a little bit unexpected - based on AVB history, and then there is the known......

While I was a full optimist before the AGM, I lost confidence (seeing 8.3c turn into 6.5c) in AVB

HOWEVER, that confidence is starting to come back - it will be fully back though if/when I see 10c on the board (perhaps never)??? hehe

Why wait for 10c when you can buy below 8c?
When AVB is 20c you will have 50% more profit for the same outlay.
Go on, you know what you must do. (Ha Ha Ha - evil laugh).

Scrolling around there doesn't appear to be much happening across the board today.
