IMU-Their strength is their people

We all know by now through some great posts how strong the science is that has been developed at Imugene.
I would like to start the conversation and investigate a little deeper on the people that are working with this great science.
Many of us that have been on this earth for some time have worked for several organisations and companies, even some may have run their own company.
Now while it is important to have good ideas, innovative products and a market to sell to, it is the people and culture of an organisation that ultimately lead to it's success.
Imugene, I believe has created this type of culture and gathered together some very impressive talent, lead by the most capable Leslie Chong.
This thread may go nowhere, and that's fine, but what could we discover by venturing down this path.
I believe, many of the appointments made have been geared towards the strategic direction of IMU and also that some appointments have coincided with shifts in direction of the company, including the major shift into manufacturing with the Azer-cel acquisition.
