Hey just to add to your post re today’s candle. As H00ts has mentioned it’s really a flip of the coin so we need to wait for confirmation. Here’s why.
Today’s candle has only a small wick off the days low meaning that it closed very close to the low. This normally indicated that there’s more supply to come. Now that we know that, we look at the volume and see that the selling was pretty strong, add those two points together and you can understand why today’s closing auction was incredibly lame. No trader would have taken the punt on that.
So as a strong fan of bollies I was torn, you probably know how I love those wicks out of bollies as an entry but this time it was a candle out of bollies. Quite bearish.
We’ll find out early tomorrow morning.
