What's your point about the blackout and no PS announcement for weeks? PH sold as the Tax was due and this was done 4 weeks even before the blackout for the annual financial report so there's nothing stopping IMU from releasing any PS announcement in the next 4 weeks and they then can still release PS announcement for a further 4 weeks within the blackout. It's just directors can't sell or buy during the blackout.
