The SOI is there and cannot be changed...even miners go through that cycle keep issuing shares to keep the gas going...
If the drugs go their job MC can still reach a few billions without any issues...infact we were there a few years ago ..
With more SOI may take a bit longer to churn but again the potential if there wont go without notice...
PLS has over 3 billion SOI and still over $10 b MC...
So it's all about drug / trial outcomes..
