LNR avg perod Q4'2014 @ 5,816 boped vs SSN @ 557 boepd so LNR 10 times SSN
LNR TTM EBITDA @ $86.6M vs SSN @ ? undisclosed but est by Rob was $3.6M so LNR 24 times SSN
LNR 1P Reserves at 30,983Mboe vs SSN at 1,774MBoe (both at Dec '14) so LNR 17 times SSN
LNR 31,858 net EFS acres (and 35,000 Bakken but its not core) vs SSN core of ? + a nitrogen field
LNR Net Debt Dec'14 @ $264.6M vs SSN @ $13.6M LNR 19.5 times
Absolutes are relatively meaningless. Better to be expressed as say EV/metric. Say using EV from Yahoo of SSN at $33.5M and LNREF at $352.4M
EV/EBITDA: LNR = 4.07 vs SSN = 9.3 favours LNR (heavily)
Debt/EBITDA: LNR = 3.05 vs SSN = 3.78 favours LNR
EV/prod boepd LNR = $60,591 vs SSN = $60,143 call it a tie
EV/1P Reserves LNR = $11.37 vs SSN = $18.88 favours LNR (heavily)
Transparent.
