Every significant move higher will be preceded by a push down (liquidity grab -> distribute, over and over on all TFs). Near the very bottom of a market, the push downs become progressively smaller. Near the top, the push down becomes progressively larger, and the move up smaller by comparison. We're sort of moving towards that stage of the market, but could still get close to ATHs.
