Well a positive legal outcome for OEX would mean a gain of 100 to 200 percent from these levels IMO. The company is priced to fail at the moment so any inclining that things will turn positive is a calculated gamble. The problem though is the share price has been hammered so much even if it got up to 3 cents again or even 4 cents it is likely there will be heavy resistance at these levels as those caught holding this mess above these levels attempt to get out.
