No doubt they will appeal this decision, but will they be successful?? Pretty poor result given the government backing it has received to date. Somebody has definitely dropped the ball here.
Maybe they should have been more focussed on this and their other Australian projects rather than running around in Italy with Axpo? Pretty sure there are offtake agreements in place with various operators agreeing to purchase HFC trucks/busses etc ... so could get pretty messy if they cannot get the decision overturned on appeal.
