Let me preface this by saying I am not an experienced trader by any means, but I do have a background in Biomedical science.
First thing I noticed was a lot of stiffs in suits, decent food and drink and an awesome harp player. The grounds and building appear modern and slick though I haven't been through the factory yet.
Presentations have been brief and to the point so far, all positive sentiment as you would expect from these sorts of things.
Oh and Colin Barnett says 'uh' a lot.
