After the wife had a chat to the neighbors this morning ( first time in almost ten months) we learnt that she hadn't taken the offer of pre works photos but had just rang up and abused the road make company and demanded her front brick fence painted ($3000 worth) I thought I would test the company's resolve.
I asked what sort of drugs was the building inspector on?
The bloke started to fob me off but when I said I had talked to next door about fence he switched into " let's start the claim mode".
I wasn't going to worry about my front plastered and painted fence being spiderwebbed both sides but I'll throw that in along with the interior issues.
I don't like people who have a leak in my pocket and tell me it's raining.
