If you hold 100,000 FNT shares or less, you can buy the minimun Torque shares just to top it up to the minimum 10,000 entitlement. I helped some friends with it who had 100,000 FNT each and they had to pay up about $20.00 extra just to get them over the line. Otherwise you lose lose the torque entitlement. This part is well worth while if you are in this situation

Of cource if you own more than 100,000 FNT I think you may already have received a share certificate which has your registered torque shares. These are worthless now until and if Torque manages to list.

All the info and the application form are in the Prospectus which you would have received about 6 weeks ago. Bob has also sent some supplementry letters explaining some parts and urging holders to take up more.
