When this meets the control condition and the bid is unconditional none of these majors will want to be on the other side of this IMO. Too risky for them, they know how this works, in short, they will not want to put any more money into a majority owned AVB. That is exactly the risk they put their fund clients into by sitting as a large minority in an entity that is not only majority controlled by an adversary but also with a protected adversary BOD who will all be signed onto continuation contracts. I think the MO is wait on the control, at least then it looks like the conscious decision taken was after a marker was met, important for them I think.

All guess work on my part, we shall see, I think the first domino to fall will be that 50%+ as early as next week.

I am stick to my forecast phil. 1% a week plus another 2% last minute acceptance. since they extend it for 2 more weeks its gonna be 45%
