I agree the 3 year comment was a bit off the cuff, his media men would have told him, I like him a lot but. The fact they published 24th numbers on 29th indicates its a bit of an inexact science these timings, I think we will see one soon, as I have said I expect unconditional with the 50% + within this latest bid extension and feel that some larger holders await this as a marker which frees them from any perceived preemptive exposure. I would also expect the bid to extend again, they will be looking at 80% + and no reason to close if they have gone unconditional.
