6x discretionary cash flow (DCF - so after everyone has been paid and before Capex) would be a reasonable average. So for SSN on NYSE to be $6.69/sh that would mean approx $1.11/sh. How many shares out? Just over 16M. Puts a cash flow of just shy of $18M for the FTM. Can they do that?
