Looks like market expecting a bid from SGH for Quindell between £400m to £700m. Quindell BoD is likely to give an update of PwC review end of the week.
Still unsure how SGH going fund a bid of between £400m to £700m for PDS (which includes QLS). Maybe a private equity company like Apollo could join in (mentioned by the FT a week ago).
