Why not offer them to the existing shareholders as of the old record date that are still current holders and weighted to holders that participated the first time around if oversubscribed..
I'm sure there would be a different result in take up this time around.
The result would be shareholders that will probably have more chance of holding longer term. Not some insto in for a quick flick.
