Great link mininginvestor and this highlights the churlish and puerile debate about finance from some, who said what when and why are we not there yet! The market took a real turn and no matter what the deniers say on here month after month about the "oh so poor AVB management" this sort of unbiased information puts a lie to that because me you and them don't know anything about what has had to be done. If you want to survive you have to be innovative, inventive and tackle the issues to get results with the situation as it is in front of you in real time, a delay is almost obvious in some ways.
So when finance is locked in, as it will be IMHO, you would expect some admiration from the deniers, but no such thing will happen, it will be just the same vitriolic bile based upon nothing.
