speed looks ok to me - I get about a third of that and have good video.
my iphone on 4G gets about 7o Mb download - can't remember upload but, it is fast as well- but, even with far more speed - things like news articles/real estate and similar still seem to take the same time to come down.
we are just about to get nbn wireless - which should give us about the speed you are getting (similar to a neighbour nearby - and we have probably full line of sight).
It must be making a difference when our server is pulling data though - one would think.
