Brisbane update . I have a work colleague who put his Brisbane house ( Chermside area ) on the market last week . high 3's - low 4's . 3 offers in 12 hours , sold in 24 hours . 30% deposit , 14 day setttlement for more than the listing price .
I know nothing about the Brissy market . Just relaying an anecdotal story so I would advise people to do their own reseach however it sounds like a bit of a hotspot based on that story .
P.S. House was very close to train station and schools .
