Absolutely, Joe's mind control is 2nd to none. He can see dead people ("where's Jackie" and "God Save the Queen"). He can speak languages no other earthling can comprehend. Brilliant. He has such expansive mind control, except over his own. When attempting to read USA off the teleprompter, he comes up with UFO. Perhaps UFOs are looking to harvest Joe's brain before deciding to land on the White House Lawn and take him back to outer space to see what they can learn from this gifted, intelligent, articulate, successful earthling. I don't think they'll learn much, apart from how to make a fortune out of graft and corruption.
