This trend correlates directly with the rollout of 5G, which is predicted to speed up our Internet by 100-times.
Two thirds of big businesses will be using it by 2020, according to a recent Deloitte report. And it’s going to contribute $50 billion to Australia’s GDP by 2030.
We’re not that far away from a highly decentralised world run on high-speed data. This is a paradigm shift sneaking up on the world bit by bit, just like the internet and smartphones before it.
