So you mean the same consulate that was used militarily by Quds? Obviously the protocols and laws you spoke of only apply in a particular way when it suits you. How about Iran breaking international law by using its proxy armies abroad in the Middle East and the Red Sea? You do realise that just because Islamists are supposed to kill civilians for Jihad duty, they're not acutally granted special exemption by such very very basic standards (as you say).
