How come the US didn't invade Israel when the UN called the Israeli actions of targeting safe houses were children were sheltering a war crime?? You can argue all day whether it was a war crime or not but that is the official terminology used by the UN.
As far as I know the US did not invade Israel in fact they gave them thousands of missiles and billions of dollars to support their war.
Just making a point that the US follows its own rules and not that of the UN.
