Something needs to be done about North Korea eventually. Obama was a weak leader and did nothing. But in saying that both sides are not stupid. You cannot go to war in this instance. South Korea will suffer beyond any acceptable measure. It's a lose lose situation unfortunately. I think only China can resolve this.
Re discounts: pollution and steel mill type plays a big part of it. It's why fmg traded at such a discount.
