It's not that simple, you have most Chinese wealth tied up in real estate so a crash will be very serious. Plus you have a lot of other developers on the brink and it accounts for around 30% of Chinese GDP. But the biggest issue is going to be local government revenue from land sales, they have around $US8trillion in debt and land sales make up most of their income. It's a huge issue that won't be as simple as something like Lehman brothers.
