Of course it is highly possible and probable IMO SCOTUS will rule Criminal Defendant Trump is not eligible.

IMO there is no way in hell Criminal Defendant Trump can win the 2024 election, but for the sake of the discussion there are doubts that self pardons are allowed and remember receiving a pardon is an admission of guilt. How ever he would not be able to pardon himself or get a pardon for the Georgia Crimes

It would be more likely that Criminal Defendant Trump would install an AG that agreed to drop the federal crime cases. But anyway he will not win the election

I DONT believe that USA Voters are so stupid as to vote for Trump, enabling him to become President.... Regardless of his being found Guilty of any of the 91 charges,

Yanks Are NOT THAT Stupid.... Personally I believe that there will be a HUGE "ANTI TRUMP" turn out by previous "non voters".

Trumps own EX Staff are speaking out against his radical Far Right "plans"..... Yes! He is seen as a Danger to The USA....Voters WILL ensure that he remains an Ex - President with NO immunity for Crimes Committed!.

Justice WILL be Served!
