very interesting. exceptional day of announcements yesterday, starting with the big one of detrital results, the second last big hurdle, and probably the only one that would have been a nail in the coffin (no ore no project)! Rail can be built worse case.
then the Wah Nam increase to mid 17%. Low volume in afternoon sugguest as another poster put it that the sellers are either finished or have changed their minds. Given the weakness of the market yesterday, the fact that the sellers were not coming down to allow WNH to increase to closer to 19% is a good sign. (one might say a fortuitously timed announcement on the detritals).
The biggest non announcement was that there has been no further sales by management to WNH, thus keeping in tact the stated expression of seeing this thing through to production and not "doing a UMC".
up nearly 6% on a 70 point down day.
