Loyalty Option
The Directors have resolved that the Company will issue a free option to all Shareholders registered on the Company’s share register as at close of business on 31 August 2009. One option will be issued for every 2 Shares held on that date. Each option is to acquire one Share at an exercise price of $0.20 and with an expiry date of 30 September 2011. A disclosure document for the issue of these options will be issued and sent to shareholders in early September 2009. At that time, subject to compliance with the Listing Rules, the Company will seek ASX quotation of these options.
