Is Delroy and Nero taking your money by Latitude deal?, page-10

Possibly somebody would like to discuss the position of Capricorn metals (CMM) and if
it should give Russel Delroy 80% of its ownership in DCX and almost 90 million AUD in situ value of
Greater Duchess (and vote for Latitude by its 10 %), The discussion is on CMM page:

One question with regard to CMM is if it is related party with regard to Russel Delroy
and his private Nero Projects, which apparently includes substantially same investors as Nero resource fund
and who changed the board (and managing director?) of CMM 2019
