my 2 cents is you need to be rite twice if you start shuffling between equites and cash
1st your exit,then your entry
last year i went from equites to conservative last july 18
,felt great in december,but did,nt go back to equites until april 19,
was too scared to get back in jan 19 when the market charged back,which was the bottom.
now i just leave it be in balanced thats my 2 cents
