If Burgess wasn't prepared to name the individual
the he should not have mentioned the matter.
It puts every former politician under a cloud of
suspicion. No matter your opinion of some of
them it is grossly unfair.
Any smartarse journalist can now start any
interview with any of the suspects with the
obvious question.
How did we get a head lad of ASIO named Burgess
anyway? Did he go to Cambridge too?
Either way he is either gutless or stupid, or both.
