Now someone is LIARING ...imo This is really SUSS AVZ says the process was a farce. Neither Dathcom, Johnston or AVZ were notified of the legal action and none were in court to put a case forward. Further highlighting the farcical nature of the proceedings, AVZ says neither Dathcom or Johnston has ever been formally notified of the ruling.
Now if the ABOVE is TRUE, why hasn't G J appealed to the HIGH COURTS of the DRC...! If the courts have made a decision on the EVIDENCE they had in front of them ...! Well don't blame the court system..! G J could bring his evidence to the DRC courts and then on APPEAL they can make another DECISION..! Since 221 This has not happened ..WHY WHY WHY WHY...! Not even a company announcement in regards to this MATTER at the said TIME...imo...OMG
