The Company is pleased to report Locke has now completed its due diligence and is working with AVZ to agree the terms of a formal agreement.
Nigel Ferguson and his AVZ team remains in the DRC and continues with their efforts to progress the negotiation of the MOU with the State. Execution of the MOU by AVZ and the State will provide a pathway for resolution of the ICSID proceedings without further escalation.
5. Fat Tail Dispute - the proceedings commenced by Fat Tail Holdings Pty Ltd (Fat Tail) against the Company and two of its directors (Mr Nigel Ferguson and Mr John Clarke) in the Supreme Court of Western Australia alleging oppressive conduct and misleading and deceptive conduct.
