-Red (have met him) young, intelligent, energetic, good business brain, honourable - wise for him to connect with T and B regularly
-speculation Voluntary Administration - No Way, Directors are capable of resolving issues post vote in any event, VA offers nothing here, will come at enormous cost, not strategic will just reignite all the existing agitation, distraction we have gone thought in last 4 plus months, will be most problematic for Directors and their advisors and Pfizer !
-Directors are being played by well experienced hands, not criticising but their skill set is elsewhere, in these circumstances you need well experienced hands to shadow and assist, time(is against both Pfizer(meeting timetable now locked in) and Company(cost, distraction from day job, but might get lucky with technical announcements ?) and distraction this has cost - is telling, despite T's comments to the contrary
-Pfizer are game players, this is a long game much more to come - they want it - its that obvious price is not really the issue(its just a cost to them - will make multiples of price)
-at this stage Vote NO
-AND recommend attendance at the meeting
