Yes always the way, plead ignorance, clear the decks by sacking a few smucks, and then plot your next scam/ manipulation . Litigation could be interesting, and could potentially bring down any of these banks. However it will take a law firm with balls and very deep pockets to take on these lowlifes and you can be sure governments will be doing every thing to stop this from happening.
