Now, if you really want to know when the Zionist terrorists started attacking, it was after the White Paper of 1939, where the British outlined plans to restrict European Zionist immigration, land purchases and giving full independence to the Arab majority over Palestine within 10 years; thereby thwarting the Haavara agreement between Nazi Germany and Jewish Agency, from being implemented.
After that decision, the Zionists started carrying out limited attacks against the British and the Palestinian Arabs.
But became full blown attacks in 1944.
