I'm surprised anybody is willing to hold this stock. I guess you have to play the odds sometimes.
Even with the cash from the partial sale, I think this will go under when they have to fund the $200m worth of prepayments over 6 years from 2019, if not before. With reasonable assumptions for NPV at the time, with a ten year average prepay period, PDN will be possibly losing total guess ~$45m pa of their op cashflow at that time for six years.
