They seem to have the same flaw that chlorine gas had in the First World War if the wind changed the gas blew back onto their own troops.

These things being gliders will have problems being deployed in different weather conditions and suffer from blow back.

They will have limited range and low speed so AKD1000 guided military ordinance would have plenty of time to track and explode in mid air.

Then add to this the next world war is not going to involve much hand to hand combat and will be over in a flash. Literally.

The only value of this weapon is to raise fear in the civilian population.
