Not blowing a thing just trying to give you some background but to answer you further:

FSCO don't actually fit into the landscape in any way as they don't have anything at this stage to implement as it being built allegedly

You can make assumptions on how their final product might give potential lenders new data points and a more open and transparent line to agri produce assets but it's all fairy dust

Just because I can see the 20T of strawberries at point X does t mean as a lender im any more confident it will make it right through to purchaser and delivery, the risk is not much better imo, and most lenders would agree as there are many unforeseen events with produce that no digitalisation can capture
