26,000 members with average rev of $900k per member

    1. Can you provide me with a link to verify that statement?

The average Card charge by Visa merchants is .circa 50% yet you think these 26,000 members will cop SPX 1-2%?

    2. Why?

    3. Do you think Capricorn will be paying 1% on their $3.2bln in charges to SPX?

    Especially after handing over $7m?

The members of Capricorn use Capricorn for mainly supply discounts but also have loans outstanding currently at around $70m

Given this, one could argue there is little room to provide further funding and would be highly risky to consider

    4 What do you think?

I'll play your game for a moment

let's say 10,000 of the 26,000 sign up
let's use your $900,000 per member

    $9bln in transactions
let's say 50% are card payments
    $4.5bln
let's use your .25% charge average

Say $11m income per annum to SPX
Servicing 10,000 would increase wages exponentially but let's say just $3m quarter all up costs

So signing up Capricorn and 50% of its members covers SPX costs

So yes it's helps but it's not sending this stock anywhere into the stratosphere even if 10,000 of the 26,000 sign up and do in fact have rev of $900k each pa
