I for one am happy with the change. This could mean no cap raise in 2025-26. I have seen so so many CR's from 375m-2b shares on issue.
I'll watch this new board and see how they perform. I firstly want to see them reign in the cashburn and target a cashburn neutral position.
Concentrate on the product in hand and getting it to the markets. Yes some ongoing R&D is fine, slow and steady, but not throwing buckets of money at it.
Review and tighten the policy of issuing performance bonus shares.
