Always great to increase alignment between shareholders and BOD. This is a big achievement by Acardia Park as 249Ds are hard to pull off.
Now we wait for the BOD to start pointing the ship in the right direction and keeping the CEO focussed and invectivised. If RV leaves, than we will be in limbo again for a while until a new CEO is found.
With the new BOD, it may not be that hard.
let's see how much RV believes in the company and opportunity or was he just here for the easy $.
If he's a professional CEO, then the BOD change should not affect his ability to carry out the plan.
