Too long to post but enjoy the post from Plunger ( had previously posted his work - full of insightful charts)
So what do we know?
* Bond yields are hitting 5 year highs and further increase is threatening market prosperity, Fed Chairman Powell not blinking but POTUS fired cautioned about rates- corporate bond ETFs crashing (Bond price inversely correlated to rates)
* Dow near inflexion point
* High percentage of passive investors- what does that mean? Complacency, they've been riding the bull wave and expecting everyday is Sunday
* Dow bull run is narrowly restricted to selective tech stocks namely FAANG
* Housing and car markets in US starting to feel the pinch, so much for all the bullishness
