Some have asked where our share price is heading. Well one possible answer is connected to the 85 million 12c options that will expire 31.12.15 if they aren't taken up.
While one can debate whether our directors get paid more than they deserve, the 12c options are the "holy grail" for our management team.
We have seen previous option offers come and go but IMO these current 12c options are the main financial incentive for our directors over the next 11 months.
If the ducks all align, our directors stand to pick up a very large bonus if the share price is strong, stable and above 12c.
While I don't expect our management to make business decisions based on options alone, I still expect the 12c options to be on the agenda at this years board meetings.
